The stone house has a private heated swimming pool and gardens which are all south facing. The heated pool has a salt system - no chlorine and is open from May to the end of September. Here you will find a dining terrace, BBQ, summer kitchen, changing room and wc. The property is semi detached.

Indoors there are 4 spacious bedrooms. The main space forming the kitchen, dining and lounge is open-plan. There's a wood fire for those cooler evenings and free WiFi internet access.

3 bedrooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds. 2 of the double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms plus 1 separate family bathroom; 3 wc's in total.  French doors lead from the dining area to a balcony with steps down to the cottage garden and upper dining terrace.

 Outdoors: The house is surrounded by meadows on all sides. On clear days the views from the balcony, gardens and swimming pool stretch out as far as the Pyrénées Mountains some 270kms away! The cottage gardens have 2 dining terraces plus sun loungers by the pool side area. There is a washing line and spacious parking for 4 cars. 

Stars: Set in a rural area with no light pollution, ideal for star gazing at night. Clear evenings reveal a magical world above you with the milky-way clearly visible and numerous shooting stars depending on the season.

Children: Ideal for kids of all ages. There is a selection of toys and accessories for toddlers and babies including: wooden cot, high chairs, baby bath etc. + 2 additional travel cots. Children will enjoy the heated pool, swings and toddler climbing frame. The pool has a salt system and shallow steps where youngsters can happily sit and splash under adult supervision.

Eco Features: Solar hot water for the property, reed bed waste water treatment, local natural building materials used in the 2004 conversion, eco cleaning products and recycling facilitated.

Access: The property has level access throughout, including level threshold, wide doors and a large walk-in shower/large bathroom. Whilst the internal accommodation is fully accessible to people with restricted mobility and wheelchair users, the gardens have some steps and sloping grassed areas so assistance will be necessary.
